Soot Sprite Star Candy Earrings, Upcycled Bicycle Innertube, Studio Ghibli

Super cute and unique, one-of-a-kind, customizable inner tube shape (flower, star, heart), and the type of earring fishhook you prefer. To see the star and heart shapes, please see my other soot sprite earring listing. Perfect for everyone, and especially appreciated by Studio Ghibli fans of My Neighbor Totoro and Spirited Away. Even more adored if they're also a bicycle enthusiast friend, cyclist, triathlete and Ironman athlete. These are all handmade by me using resin and upcycled busted bicycle innertubes (my own, friends' and bike shops'). The default earring fish hooks were upcycled from existing earrings that I've taken apart, second hand stores, or from people who were no longer able to continue making jewelry. If you choose hypo-allergenic plastic, nickel free or stainless steel, due to allergies or sensitivities, they were purchased new to make sure they are made with materials that they say they are! Due to the fact that I handmake all of them, they will have slight variations. All of them have their unique characteristics depending on many factors that include: the type of innertube used, where on the tube I choose to cut, and how used the innertube was. The soot sprite facial expressions may differ as there are three patterns. If you have a strong preference, please let me know. The color of star "candies" will also be chosen at random. If you have a heart-aching preference, please let me know of that also and I will do my very best to make that happen.
